Robert M. Kraft
Robert M. Kraft has practiced maritime personal injury and wrongful death law since 1980. He has represented injured fishermen, processors, tug and barge workers, Washington State Ferry employees, blue water seamen, and cruise ship passengers. His practice also includes representing victims of serious automobile, trucking and motorcycle injuries, injuries and death involving dangerous and defective products, cases against railroads involving railroad-motor vehicle collisions, and cases involving serious injuries resulting from dangerous premises conditions.
Rob thrives on fighting large corporations and insurance companies in order to obtain awards which will help his clients move forward after they have suffered serious, disabling injuries. He only represents individuals, working closely with each client to assure that they achieve the maximum recovery to which they are entitled. Rob has been named a Super Lawyer by Washington Law & Politics every year since 2003.
Lance E. Palmer
Lance E. Palmer is proud that he only represents injured persons, primarily maritime, pharmaceutical claims, product liability, construction site, and automobile collision injury victims. He is admitted to practice in Washington and Alaska, and frequently litigates law suits in both federal and state courts. He has helped several of his clients with catastrophic injuries obtain seven and eight figure settlements and verdicts that allowed them go on to lead comfortable lives. In Larsen v. Farmers Insurance Co., 80 Wash. App. 259, 909 P.2d 935 (1996), he and his injured client created new law allowing motor vehicle injury victims to pursue underinsured motorist claims following an unsuccesful mandatory arbitration against the at-fault driver in superior court.
Richard J. Davies
Richard J. Davies is a founding member of the Seattle law firm of Kraft Palmer Davies, PLLC. Practicing in federal and state courts since 1995, Rick has assisted his clients and their families in collecting millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts in complex personal injury cases in order to help them begin putting their lives back together after devastating injuries. He has a track record for winning difficult personal injury cases against the denials of large corporations, fishing companies, insurance companies, and government agencies. Rick has been honored multiple times by Washington Law & Politics magazine as a "Rising Star" in the Washington legal community.
Harold F. Vhugen
Harold F. Vhugen's practice emphasizes personal injury and wrongful death claims for fishermen, seamen, and other injured workers and their families.
