Robert M. Kraft has practiced maritime personal injury and wrongful death law since 1980. He has represented injured fishermen, processors, tug and barge workers, Washington State Ferry employees, blue water seamen, and cruise ship passengers. His practice also includes representing victims of serious automobile, trucking and motorcycle injuries, injuries and death involving dangerous and defective products, cases against railroads involving railroad-motor vehicle collisions, and cases involving serious injuries resulting from dangerous premises conditions.

Rob thrives on fighting large corporations and insurance companies in order to obtain awards which will help his clients move forward after they have suffered serious, disabling injuries. Marissa A. Olsson

Marissa A. Olsson practices exclusively personal injury, representing individuals who have been injured due to someone else’s negligence. She is an active litigator licensed to practice in all Washington State Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. Marissa’s practice focuses primarily on maritime injury claims, catastrophic injury claims, and wrongful death.

Marissa has a passion for justice, which comes through in her diligent advocacy for injury victims. She is actively involved in the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ), and has served as co-chair of Women of WSAJ from 2014 through the present.
